After growing up in Sale and attending school in Altrincham a career within the residential property sector was something I aspired to.

Property has for a long time been a genuine interest, to put it simply I’m lucky enough to have a career I truly enjoy and this passion shines through in my day to day work.

I first gained industry experience at a Letting Agency in Manchester City Centre I then joined the sales team at one of south Manchester’s leading independent Estate Agents where I quickly progressed through the ranks. This role helped me gain considerable industry knowledge and gave me the opportunity to meet business partner Andrew Holme. This experience also made me realise that there was a gap in market for an estate agency who could not only offer an alternative to traditionally high fees but could also offer clients outstanding levels of service. The urge to channel my enthusiasm into my own business eventually led me co-founding Ashworth Holme in 2009.

I started my career in 2005 at leading local independent estate agency and quickly learnt the business. Due to my interest and commitment to the property industry I became a sales manager within only 3 years.

I have now been valuing properties in the area for in excess of 10 years meaning I’m high up amongst the longest standing property valuers in the area. I have seen the market rise over recent years and feel I am best placed to give each and every client an accurate property valuation given my many years of experience.

After 4 years of working for a local independent agency I took the decision to leave along with my colleague James Ashworth and in 2009 established Ashworth Holme. Between us we saw a gap in the market to offer the best possible marketing package at a highly competitive fee, with this business model Ashworth Holme have grown to be one of the market leaders locally and are continuing to expand throughout the area.
